Evaluate from multiple perspectives such as circuit design, component selection, software algorithm, and production process to find out the root cause of the problem. Then, combined with the latest technology trends and practical application scenarios in the industry, practical solutions are proposed. These options may include the adoption of new electronic components to improve performance, the optimization of circuit layout to enhance signal integrity, and the improvement of software algorithms to improve system efficiency.


3. Collaborative design and optimization


In the process of product update and iteration, I will actively work with the customer's R&D team. Schematic design, PCB layout planning, and software function development are carried out together. In this process, I will give full play to my professional strengths to optimize the design to ensure that the product is in the best state in terms of performance, reliability, manufacturability, etc. For example, the position of electronic components should be reasonably arranged to reduce signal interference and electromagnetic compatibility problems; Choose the right package form to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.


4. Testing and verification


In order to ensure the quality and performance of the product, I will assist the customer to develop a comprehensive test plan. Including functional testing, performance testing, reliability testing and other aspects. Use professional testing equipment and tools to carry out rigorous testing and verification of products. Timely find and solve problems in the testing process to ensure that the product meets the design requirements and relevant standards. At the same time, I will further optimize and improve the product according to the test results to improve the stability and reliability of the product.


5. Technical training and knowledge sharing


In the process of assisting customers in product development, I also focus on technical training and knowledge sharing.
